In-Home Care Provider

We are currently hiring an in-home care provider to provide respite, homemaking, and companion services for elders in Lake City and the surrounding area (30 hours per week). Successful candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience providing similar services and will demonstrate a high level of empathy for frail elders and their caregivers. CNA license preferred but not required. For those candidates seeking CNA licensure, we will cover cost of training, licensure, and background checks for new employees. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid FL driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Work is primarily done M-F 8-5 with occasional evening and weekend hours.

Director of Nutrition Services

We are seeking a qualified individual to oversee our nutrition programs for seniors in Columbia County. Areas of responsibility include menu development, food preparation, facility maintenance, policy compliance, and supervision of kitchen staff. Successful applicants will have experience in kitchen management, staff supervision, nutritional requirements, and food safety regulations. Experience with Older Americans Act programs helpful but not required. Working knowledge of computer applications essential. This is a full-time position based in our Lake City center with minimal travel.

Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a full time kitchen assistant to help with our expanding food preparation and delivery program serving seniors in Columbia County. The position will be based at your Lifestyle Enrichment Center in Lake City. Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate familiarity with food safety regulations. Experience working with senior populations and/or congregate dining facilities is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $11.00 – $13.00 per hour

Human Resources and Contract Manager

We are currently seeking a full time Human Resources and Contract Manager to work in our Lake City Lifestyle Enrichment Center. This position is responsible for the oversight of human resources documentation and all contract compliance functions to our agency. Successful applicants will have a minimum of two years’ experience in human resources, contract management, or a related field. Non-Profit experience is helpful but not required. Applicants should be able to work with minimal supervision, have great attention to detail, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
