In-Home Care Provider

We are currently hiring an in home care provider to provide respite, homemaking, and companion services for elders in Lake City and the surrounding area (30 hours per week). Successful candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience providing similar services and will demonstrate a high level of empathy for frail elders and their caregivers. CNA license preferred but not required. For those candidates seeking CNA licensure, we will cover cost of training, licensure, and background checks for new employees. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid FL driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Work is primarily done M-F 8-5 with occasional evening and weekend hours.

Nutrition/Transportation Program Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to assist us in delivering nutrition and transportation services that help older adults in Columbia County remain independent. This is full time and will be based out of our Lifestyle Enrichment Center in Lake City. Some travel throughout Columbia County will be required. Successful applicants will have experience with Microsoft Office products and be able to work independently with set deadlines. Experience in social/aging services is helpful but not required. FL driver’s license and clean driving record required.
